David Cameron declared the Labour Government 'not guilty' for killing over 1200 patients at Stafford NHS Hospital by socialist cunts armed with university degrees. Licking Dave's rim Ed Miliband thanked the PM "we musn't blame the nurses either as most of them don't speak any English".

    Indeed! Cameron's way too soft. He should be saying how Labour increased spending and ended up killing people. Money well spent.

    Get rid of suit wearing middle management who only worry about PR 'IF' something goes wrong, Rather than preventing it.
    Those are the ones telling us we don't have the £££. Funny, if we sacked them and got the top bosses doing the right job we'd have more money. £££ for full-time cleaners instead of agency, £££ for Someone [such as a matron] who is accountable for ward safety, who is in the hospital on a daily basis.
